HOW TO REQUEST FOR A RELOAD

How to request for a reload:

1. Log in to your account >>>> http://loadxtreme.com.ph/new/index.html then enter your ID and PIK number


2. Click on Request for reload tab on your account page

3. Fill out the form

4. Click submit button


5. Wait for a txt confirmation via mobile that you already have credits on your load wallet.




HOW TO LOAD VIA ONLINE:

1. Go to >> https://loadxtreme.ph/cgi-bin/member.cgi?state=webload3

2. Fill up the form then send load. You will receive an email confirmation that the load has been sent to your customer.

HOW TO TRANSFER LOAD VIA MOBILE:


TXT COMMAND:
LX LOAD [ID NUMBER] [PIK] [PRODUCT CODE] [CUSTOMER CELPHONE #]
(just put a space after each word)
